Terms of Use
Last updated 5 October 2026 · Blanqo Technologies · United States
1. What these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of blanqo.tech (the “site”), operated by Blanqo Technologies, United States (“Blanqo”, “we”). Work we do for clients is governed by a separate written agreement (a master services agreement and statement of work). If anything here conflicts with that agreement, the agreement wins.
2. Information, not an offer
Everything on this site, including capability lists, process descriptions and response-time statements, describes how we typically work. It is general information, not an offer, quote, warranty or guarantee. No engagement exists until a statement of work is signed and a deposit is received.
3. Sending a brief
Sending a brief through the form or by email doesn’t create an engagement or any obligation on either side. We treat briefs as confidential and use them only to respond to you, as described in our Privacy policy. Only send information you are authorised to share.
4. Intellectual property
The site’s content, design, name and logo belong to Blanqo Technologies. You may link to the site. You may not copy, scrape at volume, resell or present our content as your own. Anything you send us stays yours.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t use the site or the brief form to send spam, malicious content or automated submissions, or to probe or disrupt the site or its infrastructure.
6. Disclaimer
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t warrant that it is error-free, uninterrupted or fit for any particular purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blanqo isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to US$100. Liability under a signed services agreement is governed by that agreement, not by this section.
8. Third-party links and services
The site may link to third-party sites and uses Cloudflare to serve pages and protect the brief form. We’re not responsible for third-party content or practices.
9. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new date. Continued use of the site after that means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any dispute relating to the site will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
